1. Who we are
WeDesignLandingPages.com (“WDLP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Hardik Dewra, a sole proprietor based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India.

Postal address: available on request for legal notices
Registrations: registered as a micro enterprise on the Government of India’s Udyam (MSME) portal, and registered for GST in Haryana. Registration details appear on our invoices and are available on request.

These pages set out the rules for using our website at wedesignlandingpages.com, including its translated pages, blog, shop and template previews (the “Site”), and for working with us.

Which pages apply to you depends on what you do:
Using the Site: Parts A and C of our Terms and Conditions, our Cookie Policy and our Disclaimer.
Hiring us: your Proposal and our Terms and Conditions (our Refund Policy summarizes their payment, cancellation and refund rules), plus Contra’s terms for payments made through Contra.
Buying a template: our Template License, our Refund Policy, the terms of the platform you buy through, and Parts A and C of our Terms and Conditions for anything those pages do not cover.
In every case: our Privacy Policy.
3. Legal notices
Email legal notices to admin@wedesignlandingpages.com with “Legal notice” in the subject line. Include your name, your organization if you have one, your contact details, what the notice is about, and any Proposal, invoice or order number it relates to.
Need to send a notice by post? Email us first and we will give you a postal address for legal notices. If you have a contract with us, also follow the notice terms in that contract and in our Terms and Conditions.
To report content on the Site that you believe infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, use the same address. Tell us the page address (URL), what you own, and how we can reach you.
4. Grievance Officer and privacy contact
Hardik Dewra is our Grievance Officer under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and our Grievance Officer for consumer complaints from India. He is also our contact person for questions about how we process personal data, a role India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires from 13 May 2027.

You can raise a grievance about how we handle your personal data, about the Site, or about something you bought from us. We acknowledge a consumer complaint from India within 48 hours of receiving it, and any other grievance promptly. We resolve grievances from India within one month of receiving them, and we aim to resolve all others within one month.
Using this process does not affect your right to complain to a data protection authority, or any other right you have by law. Our Privacy Policy explains your options.
5. Privacy requests
To make a privacy request, email admin@wedesignlandingpages.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask to see, correct, update or delete your personal data, or to get a copy of it. You can also object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave us.
Send your request from the email address you used with us, or tell us which address that was, so we can find your data. Tell us the country you live in, so we apply the right law. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. If someone makes a request for you, we may ask for proof that you authorized them.
We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. The rights section of our Privacy Policy explains your rights in full.
6. Language and versions
Our legal pages are written in English. If we translate any part of the Site, or send you a translation of one of these pages, the English version controls.
Each page shows the date it was last updated. If you need the version that applied on an earlier date, for example the day you accepted a Proposal, email us and we will send it.
