We do not guarantee conversions, revenue, rankings or any other result, and results from past projects do not predict yours. Some work we show is concept work we made ourselves, and template demo businesses are fictional. Translations are machine-assisted, and the English version controls. 1. About this Disclaimer
WeDesignLandingPages.com (“WDLP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Hardik Dewra, a sole proprietor based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India.
This Disclaimer applies to our website at wedesignlandingpages.com, including its translated pages, blog, shop and template previews (the “Site”). It also applies to the examples, case studies and other material about our work that we share on other platforms, such as LinkedIn, X, Contra or Framer, unless that material says otherwise.
Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions. If you hire us, your Proposal and our Terms and Conditions (which define “Proposal”) set out what we promise for your project. This Disclaimer does not add to those promises. If this Disclaimer conflicts with our Terms and Conditions, our Terms control.
We may update this Disclaimer. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
2. General information only
The content on the Site is general information about landing pages, website design, Framer and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, correct, up to date or right for your business. It can contain errors, and some of it will go out of date.
Use your own judgment and check anything important before you act on it. We may change or remove any content on the Site at any time.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular result from our services, templates or content. This includes conversion rates, revenue, sales, leads, sign-ups, traffic, search rankings, ad performance, return on ad spend and test outcomes.
Results depend on things outside our control, such as your product, offer, pricing, traffic, ad spend, market, competitors and season, the changes you make after launch, and changes made by platforms such as Framer, Google or ad networks.
When we describe a page or template as “high-converting” or “conversion-focused”, we mean we designed it with practices that aim to support conversions. We do not promise any particular conversion rate. Any estimate, forecast, benchmark, audit finding or recommendation we give is our professional opinion at that time and carries no guarantee.
4. Case studies, testimonials and numbers
Case studies, testimonials, reviews, before-and-after comparisons, percentages and other results on the Site come from specific clients and specific past projects. Each of those projects had its own product, audience, budget and conditions. They are not a promise or prediction of what you will get, and your results will vary.
Testimonials are the personal views of the people who gave them. Figures such as client counts, ratings, review counts and years of experience reflect a point in time and may be out of date. Figures about our experience may include work Hardik Dewra did before he began trading as WDLP.
5. Concepts, demos and template content
Some of the work we show, including some portfolio pieces, is self-initiated concept work, such as redesigns of well-known products, that we made to show our approach. Unless we say a piece was made for that company, a company’s name, logo or product in our work does not mean that the company commissioned, approved or endorsed the work. It also does not mean that the company is our client.
Our templates and their live previews feature fictional businesses. The names, people, testimonials, reviews, ratings, prices, statistics, credentials and contact details in them are made up for demonstration. Any resemblance to a real business or person is a coincidence.
If you use one of our templates, replace all placeholder content with your own accurate content before you publish. Never publish placeholder reviews, ratings, results or credentials as if they were real. Templates for regulated fields, such as healthcare, law or finance, are design starting points, and you are responsible for following the advertising and professional rules that apply to you.
6. Prices, timelines and availability
Prices, packages, turnaround times and availability notices on the Site are general information and may change at any time. They are not an offer that you can accept. Turnaround times assume standard scope and on-time feedback.
The price, scope and timeline of your project are the ones in your Proposal. The price of a template is the one shown when you buy it.
7. Not professional advice
Our blog articles, guides and other free resources are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and reading them does not create a client or professional relationship with us.
Some articles cover topics such as privacy rules, cookie consent, accessibility, pricing or advertising claims. These rules change, and they differ from country to country. Before you make a legal, financial or tax decision, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Prices, features and policies of the tools we write about change often. Check the provider’s own website before you rely on them.
8. Translations
The Site’s homepage and blog are available in English and in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. We make translations, including translated blog articles, with machine translation and AI tools, and a person reviews only part of them. We provide them for your convenience.
If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls. Our legal pages are published in English. We can send a translation of our Privacy Policy on request, as that policy explains.
9. AI-assisted content
We use AI tools to help create the Site, including for research, writing, editing, translation, images and code. We decide what we publish and we review AI-assisted work. Some content, such as machine translations, gets only a partial review and is not checked line by line. AI-assisted content can contain errors.
Some images on the Site and in our templates are made or edited with AI tools. These images are illustrations and do not show real customers or real results.

10. Links to other websites
The Site links to websites and services run by others, such as Cal.com, Framer, Contra and the tools we write about. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms. A link does not mean we endorse that website or its owner. Your use of another website is governed by its own terms and policies.
11. Trademarks
Framer, Figma, Contra, Cal.com, Gumroad, Google and the other names, logos and brands shown or mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. Unless we say otherwise, a mention does not mean that the owner endorses us, sponsors us or is affiliated with us.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or conversions, that results from relying on the free content on the Site. This includes the examples, figures, articles and translations described above. Section 27 of our Terms and Conditions limits any other liability we have for the Site and its free content.
For our services and templates, our liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions, your Proposal, our Template License or any signed agreement with you.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection law.
