SETTLED 00:00:41 AGO / 4,200.00 USDC / ARBITRUM / $0.04 FEE
Settle company payouts in 42 seconds,
not four business days.
Halyard connects your stablecoin wallets, your bank, and your exchange accounts into one treasury desk. You keep the keys. We handle routing, FX, approval rules, and the export your auditor asks for. To date, over $3.1B has settled through it.
Test funds are already loaded. Nothing connects to a real wallet until you decide.

The treasury stack most crypto companies are running right now
It holds together fine until the month closes. Then somebody spends a weekend rebuilding it in a spreadsheet called FINAL-final-v7.

01
Four tabs and a group chat
Custody in one window, the bank portal in another, an exchange account for FX, and a Telegram thread where the approvals actually happen. Nothing talks to anything else, so the record of what was agreed lives in a chat app.
02
A finance lead who is a single point of failure
One person knows which wallet funds which vendor and which counterparty needs an intermediary bank. When they take a week off, payouts wait for them.
03
A close that eats nine days
CSV exports from six places, matched by hand, then two hours explaining a $4,000 gap that turns out to be gas fees nobody booked.
04
The question auditors always ask
Show me who approved this transfer, at what time, and against which balance. A block explorer link is not an answer, and a screenshot of a chat is worse.

Scope published at halyard.com/security/scope
We never hold your money. That is the entire design.
Halyard is an instruction layer. Funds stay in your own MPC wallets and your own bank accounts, and our API scope is read plus propose, never withdraw. If Halyard vanished tonight, every balance would still be exactly where it is and you would sign from your own console tomorrow morning. In fact, Byte Harbor tested precisely this on 4 March by revoking our keys halfway through a payroll run. Nothing moved, nothing was lost, and the run resumed 20 minutes later once they put the keys back.
SOC 2 Type II
Audited by Prescott and Vane, report dated 14 January 2026. One click releases it under NDA.
MPC, never a shared key
Fireblocks, Copper, Anchorage, BitGo, Safe and Ledger Enterprise are supported today.
Withdraw rights: none
Our scope is published publicly and enforced by your own policy engine on-chain, not by our promise in a sales call.
One approval. Halyard picks the cheapest route.
You enter an amount and a recipient. Halyard checks your USDC balance, your bank balance, your exchange balance, live network fees, and the rail the recipient actually prefers, then routes it. A $180,000 vendor payment to Singapore went out on Arbitrum on Tuesday 11 August for $0.06 in fees. The same wire would have cost $46 and landed the following Monday.
Route preview before you sign
The fee, the rail and the landing time sit on the approval screen you sign. You see the cost before you commit, on every run.
Balance floors you set once
Keep 400,000 USDC in the hot wallet at all times. Halyard routes around the floor, and it warns you the moment a run would break it.
612 payouts, one on-chain fee
Orbital Markets settles 612 contractors on one approval and one batched transaction. Last month the whole run cost $2.60, which is four-tenths of a cent each.

Built with three controllers looking over our shoulder for eight months
These are the six things they refused to sign off without.
01
Approval rules
Two signers over $50,000, three over $250,000, and nobody can approve a request they raised themselves. The rules run inside the product and the product refuses the payment.
02
Local currency payouts
Contractors in 31 countries choose USDC, EUR, BRL, NGN or PHP. FX runs at the mid-market rate plus 0.35%, printed on the payout before it goes. That spread and the 0.19% volume fee are the only two things Halyard charges you.
03
Live cash position
Every wallet, bank account and exchange account resolved into one number that refreshes every 8 seconds. Useful at 4pm on the day payroll runs.
04
Close-ready exports
One click to Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or a CSV your accountant already has a template for. Gas fees land in their own account code.
05
Cost basis that survives an audit
FIFO, LIFO or specific identification, calculated per lot and locked the moment the period closes. Nobody can quietly recalculate last quarter.
06
Read-only seats
Your auditor and your board get a login of their own, with the same numbers you see and no ability to move anything.
Live in 9 days
The longest step is your own security review. We have been through 214 of them, so the questionnaire arrives already filled in.
DAY 1
Sandbox
Open an account loaded with test funds. Move fake money around until the interface stops being new. Nothing real is connected yet.
DAY 2 TO 4
Connect
Read and propose keys from your custody provider, your bank, and your exchange accounts. Withdraw scope stays off, and no key material ever leaves your side of the wall.
DAY 5 TO 8
Security review
SOC 2 Type II report, pen-test summary, and a completed CAIQ go to your team on day 5. Most reviews come back in three days.
DAY 9
First real run
A solutions engineer sits on the call for your first live payout run. Median first run is 84 payments. Nobody has cancelled during one yet.

What finance leads say after their first close
Close went from nine days to two
“We had a shared sheet called TREASURY_MASTER that four people edited at once and nobody fully trusted. January close took two days and my controller took a Friday off for the first time since 2024.”
INES DUARTE, VP FINANCE
Orbital Markets
Our auditor asked for a login
“That has never once happened to me. They pulled their own exports, matched 4,100 transactions themselves, and came back with two questions. Both of them were our mistakes.”
TOMAS REINER, CONTROLLER
Nomad Labs
Wire fees down to pocket change
“We move about $2.4M a month to 14 vendors across Asia. Wire fees were running near $700 a month and last month we paid $2.10 in network fees. Our subscription is $1,500, so the fee saving alone does not cover it. What covers it is my analyst getting back the two afternoons a week she spent chasing confirmations.”
ADAEZE NWOSU, HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Ferrous Capital
0.19% of what you move,
capped at $1,500 a month
Seats are free, setup costs nothing, and there is nothing to fund, because we never hold a balance in the first place. Move under $200,000 in a month and you pay nothing at all, because a month where you barely moved money is not a month we should be invoicing you for.

The cap is reached at $789,474 settled in a month and every dollar above that is free, at any volume, forever. Billed monthly on volume settled. Cancel from the settings page, not by emailing an account manager.

Desk Plus
$4,000
per month, flat
An optional service tier. Nobody is moved onto it by crossing a volume number. The 0.19% stops and the flat $4,000 covers everything, plus negotiated routes, a private Slack channel, a named solutions engineer, and a 15-minute incident response commitment in writing. Teams settling over $40M a month are the ones who usually want it.
Talk to us
Invoiced in USD or EUR. Volume is measured on settled value, never on balance held. The 0.35% FX spread is billed separately and the $1,500 cap applies to the volume fee only.
The five questions
every security review asks
What happens to our money if Halyard shuts down?
Nothing happens to it. We never hold it. Funds sit in your custody accounts and your bank throughout. Cancel your account and not a cent moves.
Can Halyard withdraw funds on its own?
No. Our scope is read plus propose. A withdrawal needs signatures from your signers, and your own policy engine is the thing that enforces it. We could not move your funds if we decided to.
Do you support our custody provider?
Six of them work today and they are listed in the security section above. If yours is not one of the six, the integration takes about three weeks, we do not charge for building it, and you can run the sandbox against a mock of it while you wait.
Is this legal for a US-incorporated company?
Yes. Halyard is software, and customer funds never touch our balance sheet, which keeps us outside money transmitter licensing. Our counsel memo goes out on request and your legal team will want to read it before the security review closes.
How do you handle a stuck or failed transaction?
Every run is idempotent and every payment carries a state. A stuck payment retries on a different rail after 90 seconds and pages a human at 10 minutes. To date, 41 payments out of 812,000 have needed one.

Open a sandbox and move fake money for a week
Test funds are already sitting in it. There is no card to enter and no call to sit through, and nothing touches a real wallet until you decide it should. If you would rather watch someone drive it who does this all day, book the walkthrough and bring your worst month-end story.
The sandbox takes about 90 seconds and asks for a work email, no credit card. A solutions engineer runs the walkthrough and they will open the console on the call.
340 companies. $3.1B settled. Zero withdraw rights, ever.
